1. I have a concern about my order. What should I do?

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice.siamavive@gmail.com.
Be sure to include your full name, order number, and a short description of the issue so we can help you faster.

2. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us immediately at customerservice.siamavive@gmail.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.

We can only update your address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.

3. Where is my shipping confirmation email?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

If you have not received it:

  • please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
  • make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct
  • allow a little extra time during busy periods

If you still cannot find it, contact us at customerservice.siamavive@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

4. Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Tracking information can sometimes take a few days to update after your order has been shipped. This may happen because:

  • the carrier has not scanned the package yet
  • the parcel is in transit between facilities
  • there is a temporary courier delay
  • there is high shipping volume

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us at customerservice.siamavive@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

5. How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times are usually:

  • United States: 5 to 12 business days
  • International: 7 to 20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary.

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence so we can assist you.

8. What if I want to cancel my order or change my mind?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible at customerservice.siamavive@gmail.com.

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may still be eligible for a return depending on our return policy.

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be returned in its original condition
  • the item must be in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase is required

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, some personal-care products may not be eligible for return if they have been heavily used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
