Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist, but Siamavive is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
