Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused or lightly used in accordance with hygiene standards

the item must be in its original packaging

the item must be in the same condition that you received it

proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and personal care reasons, certain used personal-care items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

a description of the issue

clear photo or video evidence
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

items marked as final sale

gift cards

heavily used personal-care products

products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the wrong item was sent
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process instead.
Late or Missing Refunds
